House problem solved: The key to all logic problems is to organize the steps. 1,2,3,4 and 7 establish "givens". 13 means Japanese guy is in green house 9 means horse is in the yellow house, which is the first one 11 and 14 means blue house has a horse, and must be Ukranian (since Spaniard has a dog). Thus, Spaniard's house must be ivory. 6 means this person must be English (red house) 12 means this person must be in the ivory house 8 means red house is the middle one 5 means ivory is 4th and green 5th house 10 means blue house guy eats spam and yellow house guy owns a fox Thus... the Norwegian drinks water and the Japanese guy owns a zebra. - Jeff
