KORS is hot
My source says that cutting edge is Birkin. That's ultra high end, where KORS is not doing it anymore. :) So... yeah KORS is probably hot but not at the trendsetter level, but at the follower level. I'd give it a year or two to crash. :)

Mrs Bekepuris does not follow the folly of flaunting faux bags. :)

<<Purses: Well my source who sells these things tells me KORS is hot, that COH quality has deteriorated and that people have been turning away from COH to KORS. >>

For what it's worth, I purchased Coach (COH) today in the low-35s. Fashion will always be cyclical / trend-driven, so I'm not worried about Coach being out-of-favor for the next year or so. It's got a strong brand, excellent margins, excellent balance sheet, international growth, etc

IMO the best time to buy stocks is during transition/crisis periods like these. As long as you believe in the Continuing Stupidity of American Women (CSAW) to pay big premiums for labels, Coach will be fine. And I'm happy to collect the nearly 4% dividend while I wait.

Looking for $50+ over the next 2 years.
