The pattern over the past few months seems more like a continuation pattern (especially in this market), and with the sector as a whole going to new 52 week highs. It's a laggard/value play in sector. If I had to guess I would say that it'll hit 30 again in a few months once it gets a few days of consecutive closes above 24. It's on my watch list as well. Need to do more DD again on it to see their oil/gas mix and hedges if any.
