Stock splits make money under certain circumstances. It can't be a blanket thing. Like if your stock is trading at 1.50 and you split it and are delisted... duh!

In other words, management would never be inclined to do so. At least intelligent management wouldn't. I suppose a CEO fresh out of Harvard might, that is if he didn't have any skin in the game.

Surely, and if it is a reverse split, say 4 for 1 to take the share price to $6 and keep it listed, it'll soon be back to $1.50/share.
