I started getting my own entitlement in January.

I think Social Security is considered an entitlement, right?

My father died at 58 so he didn't get any social security but I think our family did because of what he paid in.

It seems a lot of people are getting "disability" payments now. I have a few concerns about that, especially when I see commercials from lawyers saying that THEY can get it for you...

If your disability isn't that apparent that you need a lawyer to prove your case then maybe there's too much "gray" area there.
