Hi Marko, Just putting in my 2 cents. I've been a fan of TimberLodge since they were known as Minnesota SteakHouse. Great food and always busy on the weekends. They've been slowly adding restaurants over the last couple of years. I believe GBFC is making a good move (IMO). With William Foley, II heading things up, I myself plan on sticking through the conversion. Good luck to you. Jeff Jorgenson

Here's some reconfirmation from one analyst (via Zacks), offsetting a downgrade from another analyst. Unfortunately, the downgrade was on Yahoo and probably will get more attention. Does anybody know the status of the buyout by GBFC?
