Ted, you are right. The customer premises market (CPE) has indeed been slowing for all voice/data messaging companies, probably because the market is nearing saturation. In other words, just about every Fortune 500 company has long ago installed a voicemail system. If I remember, Octel had pretty sluggish growth, too.

Most of the growth for these companies is occurring overseas and in the service provider market (i.e. if you sign up for voicemail through your phone company or cellular network, you are signing up through a service provider)

Still, CGRM did get a nice contract in the CPE area:
