Steve, I'll wait until they get this weekend's weather right before I buy any of their long term bull. To be sure, that's not sufficient evidence to reject the climate change alarmists. For example, we both oppose high taxes and huge government regulations because among other things, they depress the economy. Yet we can't seem to predict the stock market on a daily basis, so how can we know that high taxes and regulations will have a negative effect? That's the deal with CO2 and the greenhouse effect. We definitely have an impact on it. How can 7B humans on this planet not? But who's to say that the resulting increase in temperature (a) wasn't meant to happen anyway, and (b) will only lead to negative consequences? Because to me, the climate has, is, and always will change. Anyone who tells me it doesn't have to is full of it. Tenchusatsu
