I agree Bob.

My biggest concern is their promise to announce a new member to the board. What bothered me most about the press release regarding the board member announcement... the press release was promised for the Thanksgiving (holiday) week. This may be a minor nuance, yet, very few micro-cap companies will waste a positive press release on major holidays weeks such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. I am only mentioning this because it seems to coincide with your concern about spelling errors. I call it professionalism in my business.

However, the primary reason for this post is. . . let's not expect much news from NETZ unless it is this coming week, due to the Christmas and New Year weeks that follow. Watch out for the MM's in the meantime, while impatient investors (traders) slam the stock for the lack of press releases. IMO

Meanwhile, I have already loaded up with as many shares as I intend to purchase until I hear that they will comply with SEC requirements. In my opinion, their anticipated listing on NASDAQ or American Stock Exchange appears to contradict the idea of getting taken out by SAIC (Bellcore) in the near future, but does lead me to believe that they plan on meeting SEC requirements, regardless of the NASDAQ listing. In my opinion, if they announced that they would meet the filing requirements, this alone would be a HUGE news release. However, I still question if I would buy more shares until they follow through with the board of directors announcement, with some details, such as stock options being offered to the NETZ directors, the number of shares authorized, the number of shares in float, stock option incentives offered to directors for serving.

Thank you to everyone that posts on this thread, positive or not.

Happy investing,

DGMAC
