Hi tejek; Re: "Word is Dems crossed over and helped make [the defeat of Cantor] happen."; I wouldn't doubt that this is true. However, it's not a sign of Democrats manipulating an election to their advantage. Instead, the tea party support for rule of law on immigration is quite popular. It means higher wages. And Cantor was a big buddy of Wall Street and big business. He painted his opponent as a "liberal professor". Meanwhile the media is painting the tea party as a move of the Republican party to the right, LOL. No, it's a populist movement. The last tea party presidential candidate was Reagan. He was immensely popular among democrats (for a Republican). -- Carl
