Maybe. But the odds of it going away are much higher today than they were a few months ago. And they will be higher in coming months. The program is a disaster for not only Americans but for other nations who rely on us for innovation. Major teaching and research facilities are having to cut staff because of ACA. Please. I am tired of your delusions. You thought GW was brilliant; that Iraq was the best thing since ice cream; that Rs were going to win the presidency in 2008 and then for the next 24 years.
