EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (ENLK)

When I do the mlpdata.com scan for ENLK I get the following results:

Annual distribution yield 4.54%
Growth rate 8%

TTM Yield to Coverage 0.93x (note this is previous 12 month trailing number).

I noticed today that Noble Energy, Inc. (NBL) and CONSOL Energy Inc. (CNX) announced their intention to create a MLP for the processing, transportation and distribution of the NG wells they are developing from a prior JV agreement.

Noble, Consol file IPO plan for Marcellus Shale venture

This deal Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. to acquire a portion of TexStar Midstream also announced this AM too:
Southcross Energy LLC and TexStar Midstream Services, LP Announce Combination Agreement

The DVN deal should continue to do well as well as many others yet to be announced as the consolidation in the region continues.

It looks like the land grab for the Midstream gathers and processors continues.

LINN Energy Announces $2.3 Billion Acquisition of Assets from Devon Energy

Management continues to execute their plan to divest non core assets. Stock price responding over last 12 months.

Apache Corp. (APA)

I have been looking at APA in the same light as DVN. It looks like APA has a lot of hidden value that if they divest some of their non-core (foreign) assets and focus on their strengths (CNG/LNG) could see the same results DVN has.
