But wouldn't it have been fantastic if we could have spent that money on U.S. infrastructure rather than some lousy war that won't accomplish anything?
Sure would.

But then again, the federal budget is around $3.8T annually. Each year, our federal government spends more than it spent for 12 years of wars combined.

Where is all of that money going?
