I've looked at BROC's finacial statements and looked at the success of a few of BROCs competitors in bringing out competitive products and see a lot of red ink. Excel, on the other hand, has been making profits and is growing business and has virtualy no debt and positive cash flow. True that Excel has not been a brilliant performer and has not met expectations but I see growth as positive and preparations largely behind the company that will facilitate the move into commercial and other highly profitable markets.

I didn't say that the purchase of shares from indsiders was bullish. What is bullish is that future purchases are slated to absorb up to 7.5 million shares and most of this is expected to come from open market purchases. Similar to last summer, I expct these purchases to put a floor under the stock that will increase investor confidence. The real motivator of the stock price will be earnings and future prospects.
