Re: Blood in the Street, redux

Mr. Aloha! My caption was meant to refer to a quote from one of the old time robber barons (J.P. Morgan?) who, when asked "When is the best time to buy stock?" replied "Buy when blood is running in the street."

It seems to me, FWIW, that it is a time of opportunity, as you say. I was buying Friday, and if prices fall further I will buy more. I am not buying on margin yet, but will consider doing so as the situation develops.

This really seems a golden opportunity. What is the worst that can happen? Tech sector takes longer than expected to recover. So instead of a profit in one year, we have profits in two years, three years---This is risk? Not much.

BTW, I have long enjoyed reading your posts, and have learned from you. Thank you.

Best Regards,

diana
