Janice, I learned a new lesson tonight. Never ever tell a smiling Taiwanese lady, "yeah I know it's hot, I've had hot spicy food before, bring it on" I don't know if my mouth will ever heal?? And of course I had to pretend to be macho at first. Until I started screaming and wimpering like a baby. :-) How on earth they can eat food that spicy is beyond me?? If you ever want to scare away some perfectly lousy company. Just have some tie soup laying around :-) Michael
