OT. Off topic to the max, just to delight everyone with my pearl of wisdom.

World Cup. I'll never understand the attraction to watching soccer. Er, I mean futbol.

Guys running around on a huge field who can't hit each other, kicking a ball that seldom actually makes it into a goal, with games that can, and often do, end in a tie. It is the antithesis of the gladiator arena, like the NFL, where brutality is not only allowed, but expected.
From my point of view (here we go):

The main difference between the two "sports", football and real football:

One has all the violence on the field. (The "athletes")

The other the violence is off the field. (The "fans")

----

Now for my description of the all- American red white and blue favorite: "baseball"

Bunch of millionaires (The "athletes") who spend most of their time standing around in the field chewing stuff and spitting and swearing and sometimes throwing balls at each other with the commentator trying hard using abrasive music and humor trying to make the whole event interesting to people ("fans") who spend hundreds of dollars to attend and support said millionaires.

Tie in with Apple:
You could probably watch some of this stuff on Apples products.

Or not
