Their appropriations bull must be in front of Congress again. What they're actually working on is a spruced up version of Apollo. More middle 20th century than late 23rd.

I was expecting to see NCC-1701 across the side of that thing!! I think it's missing a warp core though. This will make interplanetary space travel difficult.
