David,
A shareholder should be informed! Why wouldn't you call the co. an demand answers like any other shareholder.
The stock "going fractional" is , to me , a 'bullish' sign. Since you will notice the churning going on amongst the MM's, buying on the bid, etc.. They were doing mucho damage control as their inventory of RMIL dwindles. It allowed us to add to our positions and offset the weak who sold. This actually complicates their position in making the RMIL Market.
As far as the announcement, After speaking to the co., they were aware of the slamming RMIL takes on SI, but informed me that they don't put out releases based on the internet. The Asian market created difficulties for the investor. RMIL was sympathetic since the investor was contractually bound. IMO, the co. should've waited, but maybe it was shareholder pressure combined with the MM manipulation that was the catalyst for the release at that time.

I hope that they save a little for distribution and marketing. The bottled water market is very competitive and comodity priced (except for the handful of "premium" brands of which RMIL is not).

Compared next to PERRIER, EVIAN, NAYA, which brand stood out to you? EVIAN backwards is NAIVE friend.
