Only courts are making the laws and they are making RW laws! And without left wing judges as a counter balance they will prevail. That is not true. Court after court have overturned bans on gay marriage. Most courts have voted down voting ID requirements. Many political experts believe the country is moving left. Environmental laws are being struck down across the country and plutocrats have their own judges and on and on. Where? By whom? Not here in the PNW. Anything liberal is being torn apart as much as the RW can. Of course. That's what they do best. And did you forget it was the supreme court that gave us citizens united and weakened our voting rights laws. And that's Obama's fault? And federal RW courts will feed into all that crap and anything else the RW tosses their way. They freed Cheney from criminal acts in Texas. The RW courts across the country are also weakening laws that protect women, minorities, gun laws and on and on and on. Texas is a problem that has nothing to do with Obama. IMO the state is a very bad place controlled by a powerful white minority. [And TX defenders on this forum, don't bother to attack me........I ain't buying the nonsense that Texans are really nice people and the state is turning purple.] Its a malignancy that is growing more powerful in this country. It poses a serious danger to the Constitution and the Union.
