I guess they could, in a way, feel dooped into the "build-out big now, settle up latter" mind-set by the willingness of the banks to lend money but this was of their own doing and they must accept it. They will probably not be nearly so bold in their plans for world domination of the memory and other markets in the future. The S. Koeans will get back on their feet in a few years and will probably be a worthier competitor that stresses intellectual property value to a higher degree.
