We gave them an opportunity and if they can't make it work it is on them.
We left their country is a political shambles. The only thing working in the country right now is oil flow. Imagine that.

Now that I look at that quote I think I might have been a little bit flippant when I said, "it would be o.k. for Iran to take Iraq".

It's just that the middle east is such a mess and religion and culture are so entwined over there it's difficult to figure out what would be best.

It might be best for us and Israel that that general has taken over in Egypt. At least we can get some idea of what his motivations might be.

With the new missile technology I'm not sure Israel or any country can truly be safe in the middle east. I know their "iron dome" is very good but can anybody defend against 500 missiles fired simultaneously?
