Hello, stranger.

New Orleans food is a terribly complicated thing because of a local economic boom we're having thanks to the confluence of many different things.

We are becoming a boutique city with a lot of new people moving in to enjoy our unique culture. They are changing things for the better, IMO.

The traditional cuisine is being supplemented by the trendy, the very sophisticated......all for the greater good, IMO.

E.g., check out one of my favorites....an Israeli steakhouse with a branch in Costa Rica. It's phenomenal, not at all like your father's steakhouse. Take a few minutes to enjoy its website's video.

It's all good.
