The satellite data I've seen seems to be showing a LOT of ice melting, especially in the Arctic.

What probably can't be seen with satellites but also is happening is a LOT of base ice or underneath ice is melting in the Antarctic.

I've also heard that 4 or 5 of our HOTTEST years overall for the earth in the last 200 years have happened in the last decade.

That last sentence is something I've read and I'm not sure about it. If you've got some data that supports that the earth in general AND the oceans have not been warming over the last 15 years or so I'd appreciate seeing it.
