It isn't a question of whether he "deserved" it. Murder doesn't take into consideration whether the victim deserved it.

But to suggest that he was a run-of-the-mill abortionist isn't factual. He was one of three abortionists in the nation you went to when you had waited too long and wanted someone to kill the baby during the process of being born.

He was, himself, a murderer. Not that it justified his being murdered. Only that suggesting he was just doing abortions is an understatement.
