Substantiation? Look at the maps and use your eyes!!!!

Saddam blew up everyoil well in Kuwait and here are satellite pics of where the fires were:



As you can see the northernmost fires were west of Bubiyan island. This map shows the border:



Compare the northern portions of the two maps and you can see there were no wells right on the border with Iraq. The northernmost fires were west of Bubiyan island and the border runs north of there. Too far from the border to reach anything in Iraq.
