I love your whole post, and to me it is profound on many levels. It points up how little we actually know about such a large amount of the cosmos---dark matter composing 80% of the mass of the universe and dark energy thought to be at play in 75% of the universe---with no scientific agreement as to what they are or how they operate.

And then there are the friends of Fred and Wilma, dark flow and dark fluid. I can't quite remember but think there are strong theories about 'dark flow' that, if valid, would necessitate re-writing some widely held assumptions concerning gravity. Yikes!

Since I view the God I pray to as a force itself, I find each of these theoretical components of the universe to be quite faith-affirming, so thanks for reminding me of them.
