Sorry,

I sometimes tend to ramble. My point is that UTEK given the cash
and cash equivalent position, real estate holdings and the recent aquistion makes it a solid buy given the current market
condition which I consider unstable at best. UTEK should be
viewed as a LT and it is my belief that within two years should
return a %30+ yearly return when amortorized over this period
based on it's current price. I spend a considerable time of my
career in Semi's (specifically Photo) so in addition to liking
the company I won't underestimate the niche which UTEK is playing
in.

I2: I was trying to explain IMO why investors may have dumped UTEK big time this past week. What, specifically, was left unclear in your mind and I will attempt to address it? I think I know but would ask you clarify.
