Paul,

Selling the time value in options can work to the downside also in the fact that we will sell naked puts on stocks we will want to own! Such as HD, MRK, MO, MRK and others like them! I will say this the premium on puts are alot less than calls and on the stocks we would be selling puts on are less volatile than the high techs which also lesses the premium in the puts! I will say this also that it will be a while before we even start to look at selling puts even on Home Depot! In other words we are just not bullish at all on anything at this time! There even may be a point in time where our trading accounts will be parked in short term T-Bills with only a few positions open! Sometimes cash is king you know?
