He sure as hell hasn't proposed anything that resembled remotely a "solution". Of course he's proposed solutions. Rs and some Dems refused to do anything about his proposals. Why? Because of the fucking NRA! Any logical, rational human being would want nothing to do with what DC has become. I assumed long ago this is what a civilization's decline must look like.
