Wasn't just in Phoenix. Was nationwide. Solar doesn't save money. Buying electricity is cheaper. Patient care should have taken priority under any circumstance.

Ted, solar saves money in a climate like Phoenix. Ideally yes, but $20M is a LOT to spend on solar panels. My guess is that they paid 10X as much as they could have. Even you can figure it out from there. Tenchusatsu
