""I AM THAT I AM"---taken to mean that God has always existed, hence has no creation point. "

There's no reason why God can't be some nerdy kid playing on his computer in a universe far, far away, but .... where did he come from, in the very first "In the beginning,..."?

Is The Universe A Computer Simulation? Physicist Martin Savage Explains (VIDEO)
Have you ever wondered whether all this--you, your life, the universe--is just a sophisticated computer simulation?

Martin Savage, a physicist at the University of Washington, thinks we can't discount the idea. In fact, he and two colleagues (Silas Beane and Zohreh Davoudi) published a paper in November 2012 exploring the possibility. I spoke to him about why he thinks we may be the byproduct of some sophisticated computer code.

As we spoke, I noticed he used the word they a lot, when referencing the proposed simulators. I couldn't help but ask, "who is they?" His answer will blow your mind.

To hear what he had to say, watch the video above or read the script by clicking on the link below. And don't forget to contribute to the conversation in the comments section at the bottom of the page. Come on, talk nerdy to me!

<<God responds by saying "I AM THAT I AM"---taken to mean that God has always existed, hence has no creation point. >>

Well, if god always existed why couldn't the universe have always existed. And we know, for sure, that energy and matter can evolve into humans like us.

So there is no need for a god.

In fact more likely is that matter and energy evolved into sentient beings and then they evolved into what we would consider god like entities.

We know exactly how all of that can happen (did happen), so it makes much more sense to we atheists.

And we have tons of proof and religious people have NO proof.

So does the rational person go with proof , or no proof.

That is the question! :>)!

PS: you cannot use the scripture in question, as your proof for the scripture in question.

That is called a tautology.
