David, PERI...projects an EPS %Change Last Qtr -94.2%
Relative strength this Cal Yr 30.7 ranks this company in the bottom 2% of all companies.

It had a 1 day relative strength of 102, and a 2 day day relative strength of 46. Volume ratio is rather high, so maybe there is something there, but all the days, weeks, months previous Relative Strength has averaged in the teens.

This company whose 5 year growth is projected to be at 159%. The trouble with this company is that everything is projected for the future. Present looks pretty bleak. Trading at $9 share and with a possible shortfall to be reported looks to be in a precarious situation. PERI fell when the techs were solid winners. I've had PERI and have yet to see a profit. For those who don't own PERI as yet I can see where there would be an interested in buying a stock that has 10 months ago traded over 33. I would check to see if other companies in that sector that is reporting this week has announced an expected shortfall, if they have then PERI will fall in sympathy.
