They went down this week, along with most everything else, except your two favorite shorts Yahoo and @Home

Just because they decline during a market sell-off doesn't make them good shorts. Companies that out-deliver estimates usually make poor shorts. Why don't you listen to this week's Ciena earnings conference call? It's free. 800-753-9756, no access code needed.

If this week's results make you think that Ciena is a short, I'd like to know what it takes for you to go long.

Then again, you are probably pretty clueless about what Ciena does and what their competitive standing is, anyway. We've painted you a picture of Yahoo, and you're still clueless.

Of course, you knew that the Korean presidential candidate would repudiate the IMF agreement, that the won would collapse further, and that Oracle would disappoint, didn't you?

BTW, Bill, don't call me a liar. It pisses me off. I don't lie.
