LOL. Veterans are getting bad service not because the gov't spent nearly $20 million on solar panels.

It is a perfect example of why government cannot be trusted with money.

Had you been around you would have opposed the bldg of Hoover Dam. You don't have a clue when it comes to planning. And the people we cant trust are Rs....in and out of the gov't..........but esp in corps.
