clearly Guestavo's plan will open the floodgates for terrorists to flow right in and vote.. GAME OVER after such a quack bill would be passed. "refugees" from terrorist nations will flow in unabated, and after a couple years of meeting thin requirements they'll vote in the sharia laws..
