You claim employment is coming back as though Obama had something to do with it, and that simply isn't factual. We know that economic recoveries shouldn't take this long. We know that increased regulation and increased costs of hiring ALWAYS will result in less hiring. We know that FDR prolonged the Depression with similar, ignorant policy. We know that spending taxpayer money has not ever helped an economic recession or depression. So, who's making it up? First of all, I never made the claim that employment was back because of Obama; I simply intercepted a post between you and Chinu. But to answer your question, there is factual information to support the claim that Obama, in part, is responsible for the recovery. He was instrumental in saving the auto industry in this country.........an industry that directly employs hundreds of thousands and many more indirectly. He saved it despite the numerous objections from Rs. He could have gone after Bush/Cheney for war crimes as many in his party demanded. He did not. He could have pressed criminal charges against the heads of banks as many in his party demanded. Instead, he chose to exact fines......billions and billions of dollars in fines.......at a time when the federal gov't desperately needed the revenue. That gave the private sector some confidence that he would not be an anti business president. By doing what he's done, he has provided this country much needed stability......no wars, no witch hunts etc.....after a horrific recession. That has given the country time to heal from the excesses of the Bush era and encouraged people to get back to the business of business. >> The truth is you hate, hate, hate Obama because he's black and suspect he may be Muslim, probably from Kenya and is a Dem. If he walked on water...........literally walked on water...........you would claim that the water had solidifying properties that made his walk possible; that it couldn't possibly be a miracle. However, on more than one occasion you have suggested to me that Obama is Muslim and Kenyan. You continue to deny that Rs are racist even when presented with the graphic evidence. Like many whites in this country, you have your fair share of racism......not that you would ever admit it nor is it likely you know its extent. If he walked on water, yes, I would know instantly that it wasn't a miracle. God. You people. The man has wrecked everything he has touched. He has not one notable accomplishment to his credit after almost six years in office. Even YOU cannot point to successes or anything substantively positive he has done. And you're his biggest fan. I just gave you some notable accomplishments up above and there are many more from where they come. The fact that you don't even pay them lip service tells me that you are a partisan shit who wants his own way all the time. That's why its not worth spending much time arguing the issues with you all. I just wish Rs would come to the obvious conclusion and start packing their stuff.
