Rich,

What he will need is more money. If he couldn't raise legitimate, conventional financing before the discounted convertible, he will never now.

Sokol should be asked that question. Also for a list of "current" institutional, or mutual fund shareholders. I mean "post" financing.

I am told he always bragged about being able to raise money anytime he wanted to. Which is why the smart money fled when he did this financing.

This did not qualify as "raising money". (apologies to those of sensitivity)
Dwight

Rich, have you request the "Tape"???? I am not trying to imply that the "Tape" is anything more then the tape of the Annual Meeting. But if one has not seen it, then one does not know enouth about the company and the direction it is going in!!!

The company has been positive cash flow for the last three Quarters.
If the companh raises any more money it may be thur high yearn debt.
Wasn't that mention in the CC!! I believe the bankers' visiting the company are looking to see if the company can continue on its current path of positive cash flow.
