Steve, the two things that tanked Bush's presidency were the Iraq War and Hurricane FEMA, both of which were massive undertakings. In comparison, Obama's challenges should have been easy, especially after miraculously "preventing a crisis from turning into a catastrophe." Tenchusatsu

What they did in Viet Nam and Iraq was unconstitutional. Congress cannot even delegate war to a president. Someone should have taken LBJ and Bush's action to the supreme court. What they did was clearly unconstitutional. The founding fathers gave congress the power for a good reason and Viet Nam and Iraq are the reason. They did not want one person able to declare war. When presidents do this shit they undermine the rule of law and the constitution.
