Do you really know how the CPI (consumer price index) is calculated? Do you know that it omits items that count --- like costs of fuel and food? No wonder the government can keep on reporting inflation rates that look OK to you. Hahaha! It's time you stopped being taken for a sucker ! Oh, by the way, thanks to imports, furniture can be dirt cheap !
