Pat:
I'm just a simple man and not a professional investor.I know a scam when I see it. The big guys want push the best techs down so they can buy cheap and hold thru the Asian flu. I think things will smooth out sooner than we think and when all the IMF money gets to working then things will breakout so fast, investors wont know what hit them. The Oct correction made the big guys nervous and they saw a way to take massive profits and buy back dirt cheap. The small investors have to hold on are get left out in the rain. The old saying that they fall faster than they rise may be true but look how Dell turned from 70s to 96 in about a month. Even Dell die hards were surprized.I really believe that Dell has has held back with the big guns to blow the barriers down. They care about they're market cap and investors..It may sound silly but Mikey wants a bigger and better house than the everybody else on the block.
So far , he has done the next right thing and always pulls the big guns out as needed. I think we will see a split real soonbeacause it makes most folks happy and it will give us two guns to fire when the sh.t hits the fan during the big bull turn around. Look at coms after a warning..The stock goes up ?????..Whats that about..The space between now and the year 2000...Things are gona kick into warp speed and pc makers will break out the new toys.

Next week the news will probably read....Delll steals market share from CPQ & HP
