I'm no less scared of having a confrontation with a teaper in these parts than having one in the impoverished neighborhoods of Albany. I'd be more on defense for sure in the later being white.plus the huge substance abuse and poverty..Yes you've got nuts like what happened in Vegas a few weeks ago but that is rare. In both subsets there are also elements of bias and racism. You will never see mainstream media touch this in da hoods though.. But to me most anyone so insular caught in their own bubble and not well traveled will be more biased and untrustworthy of others than the rest of us?
