It was not that bad Mil, it was just a TM love tap from da man. Every one of us see things a little different than the other. Great acquisitions, high quality germ plasm, growing distribution channels, research & development, biotechonology, joint ventures, great management, now big time analyst coverage, and all of this threads TM's. What else could make this more perfect except maybe another 10 bucks added to the stock price. Hey it's the Christmas season, and thats all I want for now. In all seriousness, this company has done a beautiful job of becomeing one of the best and fastest growing in the seed sector. People are starting to notice, and the other desired companies that are not in our family will soon be before Santa can wink his eye. What ever part of this masterpiece that turns you on is fine by us all. Personally Mil, I'am a little like Glen, the distribution network in my opinion, will pooduce a ton of revenue down the road. Mr. Thomas is buying the best companies in the country, and his goal is to be the best forage and turf grass company in the world, and everything else will take care of itself. We will all share in that now and down the road. What a week!!!!

P.S. looking forward to some great news in thwe next few weeks and even higher highs

TM2 Archie

TM Miller,

At the recent Dain Bosworth Conference in NYC, Johnny Thomas said that at this time, the total forage and turf market was $1.3 billion, and that after making allowances for the fringe parts, he considered $1.1 billion the more realistic number to measure against. Thus, $500 million divided by $1.1 billion gives the approximate 45% market share. (This computation is only to show how the % market share is derived). This is not to say that the market cannot grow larger in time, but it is the number that JT is using. If you want to refute it or revise it, I suggest you call JT and then let us know the results.

Miller, we are not disagreeing. I was only trying to tell you what JT said were his prioritiesat the Conference. I will not repeat them again now; one ringing of the ears was sufficient.

regards and always your TM,
glen
