They have better things to do such as impeach Obama instead. Let's not forget that the Congress folks particularly Darrel Issa does not understand Arabic, the only language Malliki knows to answer in

Maybe the House should start impeachment proceedings against him.

Can they do that? I thought the House could only impeach the president; not state governors.
