Brian: You seem to be suggesting that the root of all of Xinex's
problems are "thanks to a certain disgruntled ex-founder and selfish
tax shelter investors".

It is supposedly a matter of public record that the lawsuits filed by
these individuals allege many wrong-doings by the company. Among them:
failure to file Reporting Issuer status on time and not converting
preferred shares to common shares as agreed (which fundamentally
changed the voting structure).

If these things happened to you, I dare say that you would be upset as
well. I therefore find it somewhat ridiculous that you should blame
everything on Doug Kind and Xinex Labs. (VCC).
