Obama's 4 step plan in Iraq: 1. Relocate embassy personnel and send reinforcements to better secure our facilities. 2. Significantly increase surveillance, intelligence, and reconnaissance assets. 3. Continue to increase our support of Iraqi security forces 4. Position additional assets in the region so we will be prepared to take targeted and precise military action as needed. Oh yeah and he is sending Kerry to engage in diplomatic discussions. But for some reason that isn't an enumerated part of his plan.
