It is my nacent understanding at this point that GE cannot handle video,Cannot transfer files from GE to ATM,there is yet to appear a GE standard,and there are much cheaper ways of implementing a campus environment than GE which do accommodate video along with data and voice. I am referring to campus environments which employ twisted copper pairs. These systems also interface easily into the WAN .Quite a mixed up campus situation at present IMHO.
