Mike, I'm pretty sure the LP unit is one of a kind. Its purpose was to build a unit to finish the development of the basic unit, such as learning what vendors to buy components from, and to have a unit to test for DEHC and for customer show and tell. GRNO was out of money to pay vendors and needed some quick cash. I believe it was also BC's intention to reward the diehard faithful. Some treasury stock was also sold around the same time, but not much. It is my opinion that rather than needing another LP, GRNO will be able to sell a unit to an outside customer in time to avoid doing another LP to keep the doors open. Charles
