We have to make the economy grow so ideally new public companies have additional cash to invest in business. Hopefully business will grow and of course employ more people whose income will increase consumption and aid the entire economy.

Sad to see shrinkage. We invest to increase not decrease. Somehow things change by means of revision and complexity of law we can create to much paper that can float into the moat and never to the plains where simplicity remains. .
