James; I agree I touched on some of those same verses with Robert and Emile awhile back: Message 2896414 We don't really know what some of the Jewish people are thinking as well as the Rabbi's concerning those passages, there are many Rabbi's who feel that Jesus is the Messiah but hide it as well as many Jews. Nothing will be easy in the last day's for Satan has not much time left and through his own pride and deceitfulness he cannot see that his destruction is at hand. What makes an Angel with such power turn from his creator, but then what makes the atrocities in this world believable, when you look at it from that prospective you see how evil Satan really is. James, Just as any interesting fact the Rabbis skip Isaiah 53 in their annual Torah reading and some even cover it with a black cloth. I believe this is the veil God has put over their eyes. If confronted a Rabbi would answer Isaiah 53 as a portrayal of the Jewish Nation not one person and there are many books written on this chapter.Actually Psalm 21 about His death (written before they had crucifixion) Psalm 110 The Lord said to my Lord. and mostly Daniel chapter 9 have been instrumental in reaching Jewish people. An encouraging note to EVERYONE is that this year 3 complete Jewish Synagogues in Russia announced that they have accepted Yeshua as their Messiah. This is the first time since the first century of the Church we have seen this. HALLELUAH11111 Also, a ministry in Israel reported that a Hassidic Jew came to him and said that there were many of them that can clearly see that Jesus was and is indeed the Messiah but they fear losing their jobs and the humiliation for their families but he also said there are 100s more coming daily.I feel this could in fact be the 144,000 getting ready for their Lords return.
